Today’s market is very competitive, and Getting the most for your home or property means more than putting information on the MLS, the newspaper or even putting up a “For Sale” sign.  Your property needs to stand out and the only way to make that happen is through detailed planning.  That is why I have put together an aggressive marketing plan to sell your Southwest Florida property.

Step One:  Home Value
It is critical that your home or property is priced right for the area in which it is located, that is why I pay attention to market trends and keep you informed of changes. I will prepare a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA), for you which will provide the information you need to determine the right price for your property.  I will do a CMA free of charge and without obligation.

Step Two: Staging
Curb appeal is very important, as a home owner there are simple improvements that can help you get the most for your house and sell it. My partner and I can help you with the little things that will make a real difference to buyers.

Step Three: Marketing
I will aggressively market your property through a plan that is customized just for you and your property.  A good marketing plan is a combination of placement on the MLS, networking of local and out-of-town contacts and publications, and finally my internet marketing approach. Since 90% of the home buyers search the internet first for properties I work very hard to make sure that your home is exposed to as many sites as possible.  I will submit your property to over 5,000 websites as well as spotlight your listing on several locations including Trulia and Zillow, just to name a couple.  Your home will also receive its own website.

Step Four: Feedback                                                                                                                                      As soon as your house is shown, the agent that showed your home is contacted and asked to provide feedback through written reports. I will update you with bi-weekly reports regarding ads, showing, comments, and marketing activities on your home. You will always know what is going on with your home
